If the corporation is considered a boat, then with CityLand, the journey for that boat is the corporate culture. And that same culture has created the "brand" feature of CityLand.

CityLand's corporate culture is formed and developed based on 3 main characteristics:

2. Take actions in accordance with our motto “Creating prosperity” and stay committed to our mission to bring superior quality products and services to our customers and partners. Contribute to sustainable development of community and society at large. Establish a dynamic and efficient working environment in order for the best performance from our people.

3. The orientation of corporate culture at CityLand revolves around 5 core values: Commitment, Quality, Fairness, Sharing, and Professionalism - reflected in products and services that keep their commitments to customers and partners. These five factors are linked and interlocked flexibly in each behaviour and every activity of CityLand, CityLand people.

CITYLAND GROUP AND COMMUNITY INITIATIVES TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

With more than 20 years of establishment and growth, CityLand Group has built a strong reputation as a trusted, diversified conglomerate, grounded in responsible governance, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation for all stakeholders.

CityLand Group defines social responsibility and community development as an integral pillar of its sustainable development strategy. Over the years, the Group’s community initiatives have been implemented in a systematic, consistent, and long-term manner, with a clear focus on generating positive and lasting social impact.

These efforts have been widely recognised by society and relevant authorities, with CityLand Group being consecutively honoured for many years as an “Outstanding Enterprise in Social Welfare and Community Development.”

Anchored in its sustainability philosophy, CityLand Group proactively allocates resources and partners with communities across key areas, including healthcare, social welfare, education, culture and sports, as well as the preservation of historical and cultural heritage.


1. Partnering with Community Funds and Social Programmes

CityLand Group regularly sponsors and participates in meaningful social initiatives aimed at children, vulnerable groups, and local communities, including:

  • Partnering with the “Vietnamese Hearts Fund” of Vietnam Television to support Central Vietnam communities affected by floods and storms in 2025.
  • Supporting the “For Vietnamese Children” programme of the Vietnam Sponsorship Association.
  • Donating safety helmets to students of Co Nghia Primary School (Hoa Binh Province).
  • Participating in the “Lighting Up Dreams” programme organised by the Child Protection Fund.
  • Contributing to the Binh Thanh District Social Welfare Fund and the Ho Chi Minh City Fund for the Poor.
  • Sponsoring activities commemorating the 25th anniversary of VOV Tay Nguyen.
  • Partnering with Thien Nhan Charity Association to organise various charitable activities nationwide.

2. Charitable Activities – Spreading Compassion and Shared Responsibility

Alongside healthcare initiatives, the Group actively engages in social welfare programmes supporting disadvantaged communities across Vietnam:

  • Providing regular assistance to communities in Northern and Central Vietnam affected by natural disasters and floods.
  • Building “Gratitude Houses” and Great Solidarity Homes in localities such as Dak Lak and Ha Tien Town (Kien Giang Province), helping stabilise living conditions for low-income households.
  • Distributing Tet gifts to residents across multiple districts of Ho Chi Minh City—including Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Cu Chi—and provinces nationwide.

3. Supporting Public Health – COVID-19 Prevention and Response

Sponsoring free cataract surgeries for 400 underprivileged patients in Ho Chi Minh City and neighbouring provinces.

During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, CityLand Group proactively mobilised resources to provide timely support to frontline forces and severely affected localities:

  • Donating real-time PCR molecular testing systems to Phu Quoc Medical Centre, reducing COVID-19 testing turnaround time to under 24 hours.
  • Partnering with the “For a Healthier Vietnam” programme to supply essential medical equipment and materials to frontline healthcare workers.
  • Donating 3,000 medical masks as part of the “Together Against COVID-19” campaign initiated by Economic & Urban Newspaper.
  • Providing 3,000 hammocks to border guard soldiers simultaneously tasked with border security and pandemic response.

4. Restoration and Preservation of Cultural and Historical Sites

With deep respect for national heritage and traditional values, CityLand Group has contributed to:

  • The restoration of My Lai Peace Park (Quang Ngai Province), a site of profound historical and humanitarian significance.

5. Investment in Education – Nurturing Future Generations

Education is consistently identified as a cornerstone of sustainable societal development:

  • Construction of Tan Bang Secondary and High School (Nguyen Hue Hamlet, Bien Bach Commune, Ca Mau Province).
  • Construction of Bai Thom Primary and Secondary School in Bai Thom Commune, Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province.
  • Financial support for the construction of Doc Binh Kieu 3 Primary School (Dong Thap Province).
  • Building schools for children in rural, island, and mountainous regions.

6. Sponsorship of Cultural and Artistic Programmes

CityLand Group actively promotes cultural values and community spirit through large-scale artistic initiatives:

  • Sponsoring Nguyen Hue Flower Street for two consecutive years (2017–2018).
  • Partnering with music and arts programmes organised by People’s Army Newspaper, Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Thanh Nien Newspaper, and Dan Viet Newspaper.

7. Supporting Sports – Inspiring the Vietnamese Spirit

In sports, CityLand Group contributes to fostering physical fitness, professional competition, and national pride:

  • Sponsoring Ho Chi Minh City Football Club in the V-League for four consecutive seasons (2018–2021).
  • Sponsoring Futsal tournaments in 2017, 2018, and 2021.
  • Partnering with the Vietnam Professional Basketball League (VBA) in 2020.
  • Developing and sponsoring the Can Tho Catfish basketball team from 2021 to the present.
